We process ultra-precise parts for automobiles using robot NC loaders such as NC lathes, machining centers and grinding machines of inner diameter, outer diameter, edge surface, groove surface and groove at our Hamamatsu Factory. We excel in the precise processing of sintering materials.

We serve as a center of processing using NC lathes, MC centers, cutting gears using gear shaper hobbing machines and shaving machines at our Hamakita Factory. Our multiple-articulation robot allows fully automated 24-hour operation.

At the Nakaze Factory, we process axles for 4-wheel drive vehicles and engine gears for 2-wheelers by a fully automated continuous line, from feeding of raw materials to cutting and drilling. We have a continuous processing system for axles, from high-frequency heat processing to precise lathing.

At the Shinhirayama Factory, we have built a continuous production system for 4-wheel shaft power generators which are important security parts, from feeding of bar material to drilling, high-frequency quenching and grinding. For high-frequency quenching in particular, we guarantee quality through a strict inspection system.

In July 1995, we launched a water pump for automobiles under our own brand “ACE” (Atsumi Care Equipment), and exported the pump to 27 countries thanks to its high quality and reasonable cost. Also, we produce variable valves (VVT, VTC, VCT) for cutting difficult materials (sintering materials) with high efficiency, using our outstanding production technology.

At our factory in the United States, we produce 4-wheel axles by connecting NC lathes and drilling machines with a multiple-articulation transfer robot,and perform precision machining for shafts and sinteing materials. American workers operate this system for American customers.

At our Indonesian Factory, we process gear parts for 2-wheelers, which we stably supply to meet the expanding demand of 2 million units/year.
